The hotel was a former official residence of the Juegos Mediterráneos XV (Mediterranean Games), which promoted the construction of modern technology and design. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a luggage room, a lift and a café. Moreover, there is a bar, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant on offer to guests serving a mixture of traditional Spanish cuisine.
